Welcome to Villas Keh I and the brand new Villas Keh II, where you can experience the warm and welcoming ambiance of a friendly Isla Mujeres neighborhood. Our 2-bedroom apartments are perfect for families and groups of friends and are ideally located mid-island, providing easy access to all that Isla Mujeres has to offer.
Our villas boast swimming pools with ample space to unwind. Each apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and cable TV. In addition, the living rooms have extra sofas beds with A/C and cable TV, ensuring a truly comfortable stay on Isla Mujeres. The spacious, fully equipped kitchens are open to the dining/living area with a terrace or small balcony, making it the perfect place to gather and share meals after a fun day of exploring the island.

Location
Villas Keh l and ll is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy real Isla Mujeres living in a real Isla Mujeres neighborhood. Garrafon Reef Park and the beautiful Playa Norte are a quick golfcart or taxi ride away.
Convenience
Both villas are perfectly located mid-island with excellent restaurants within walking distance. Several “mini-supers” are close by and Chedraui, Isla’s largest supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
Villas Keh I & II Amenities and Rates
At Villas Keh I, we offer two apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests each. The first bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. In addition, there’s a sofa bed in the living room that can provide extra sleeping space.
Villas Keh II offers three spacious apartments, each with a capacity of 6 guests. Both bedrooms in each apartment are equipped with king-sized beds to ensure a good night’s rest. In addition, there are two sofa beds in the living room, providing extra sleeping space.

A Few Reviews
This place was great!!! We shared this place with some friends of ours, we both had our own room with shower and toilet. We enjoyed having a common living room and kitchen area to make breakfast and lunch. We even watched a movie on Netflix. The pool and area outside with lounge chairs and umbrella was very relaxing, we used it daily. Oscar’s resturant across the street was very good. The owner picked us up and provided transportation to Villas Keh the day we arrived. She also arranged transportation at 5AM on the day we left. She handled all questions and requests personally. THANK YOU!!
The house (we had the top half) was spotless and comfortable, with good zircon and a lovely small pool for use. Mariann and Jorge met us at the ferry and were helpful at all times. We greatly enjoyed the stay. Good local restaurants and the rental of a golf cart was also helpful.
We were very impressed. The location is perfect for us, mid island, away from the craziness of Playa Norte but still close to everything via golf cart or short taxi ride. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived and re-cleaned (and stocked) every other day. The showers are large with consistently hot water, the beds are big and comfortable, and there are plugs and mirrors everywhere which makes the unit very user friendly. The AC is exceptionally cold and we had to set it pretty high if we used it at all. It was nice having AC in the living area as well as many properties on the island don’t. All in all, a great mid-island option that’s clean, comfortable, easy, and really pays attention to detail. We definitely recommend!
